Why taxation can go wrong
Your grid company collects energy taxes on behalf of the authorities. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you pay correctly, requiring action on your part. This can be demanding. The regulations are complicated and constantly changing, and the tax rates vary based on factors like your industry, your company’s location, and which activities you carry out.

How we do it
Analysis
First, we do a thorough analysis of all your electricity meters. According to limitation periods, we can go back three years to check whether you have paid correctly.
Refund in case of error
If the review shows that you have paid too much, we handle the refund process based on an authorization from you. After you have received the refund we will invoice you a pre-agreed share of the amount.
Correction
We make sure that errors are corrected. After the energy audit, the supplier has the correct invoicing basis for the coming period, and you do not pay more than you should. Since errors can occur again, we recommend a new energy audit in due course.
No cure – no pay
If we don’t find any errors during the energy audit, it is free for you as a customer. We will then provide you with a report confirming that we have not detected any errors in the review.
